General⛤ Keep my timezone, UTC + 1 / + 2, in mind when waiting for responses⛤ Any repeated or severe rule-breaking will result in blacklisting and / or cancellation⛤ I have the right to decline any commission, request, or trade proposal⛤ I keep the copyright to my work and can display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials⛤ English is not my first language and I am neurodivergent. For commissions, it is in your best interest to explain what you want clearly and without excessive use of slang or veiled speechArt for me⛤ I'm an adult and fine with basically any kind of artwork of my characters and sonas! Unless stated otherwise on the characters page anything is more than welcome⛤ Check my global perms on Artfight for a detailed list⛤ DO NOT send me things containing: flashing lights, heavy (multicolour) eyestrain, chewing sounds, talking with full mouth, vomit, feces, etcUsage⛤ My original and fan work can be used as icons, DO NOT use gifts, comms, requests, trades, or art of my ocs as icons if it wasn't for you / your character⛤ My designs of canon characters for existing media (Warrior Cats for example) can be used in MAPS, or other fan projects with credit⛤ Commissioners may use the commissioned work non-commercially, unless otherwise agreed upon⛤ Commercial rights can be negotiated retroactively⛤ You may change a custom character design as much as you like, just keep appropriate credit⛤ You may resell models, designs, and the like up to the same price you paid me at the time of commission⛤ DO NOT remove my watermark / signature⛤ DO NOT claim credit for my work, remove my watermark, or edit it and claim the rules don't apply⛤ DO NOT use my characters as role-play characters or pretend to be them publicly⛤ DO NOT make bases from my work⛤ DO NOT sell anything that was gifted or traded to you for profit (if it was a character you're still allowed to sell them if their value increased due to commissioned work)⛤ DO NOT sell a version of a custom design while keeping the original⛤ DO NOT upload to / train AI with my work or turn it into NFTsPosting & Credit⛤ Whenever reasonably possible I will be credited directly and visibly⛤ You can ask to stay anonymous for requests, trades and comms⛤ You can tell me to not share the work until a certain time (birthdays, NDA, etc)⛤ Commissioners can ask me not to share the work anywhere at all, this will add a fee⛤ DO NOT repost my work, even with credit, unless that work was created for you / your character*commission specific from here onwardsProcess⛤ Claim a slot: take a slot via one of the options provided on the website⛤ Wait for a response: I'll reach out to ask further questions and / or let you know your commission got accepted / rejected, if this doesn't happen within a week of you submitting feel free to contact me again - I probably missed it!⛤ Discussion time: We'll iron out any open questions and set the project scope. You'll send any and all reference you want me to use / is required (little sketches, mood boards, a pose, etc.)⛤ 1st payment / deposit: You'll get a week to make the first payment before I start working. This is half of the initial quote⛤ I start working on the commission, checking in according to our agreement⛤ Final WIP: This will be the last opportunity for minor revisions, after everything has been approved I will send you the second invoice that will be the other half of the original quote + any fees that came up. After the payment went through I will sent you the final ZIPTimeline⛤ Depending on the type of work there will be progress checkpoints that need to be approved before I continue to work (thumbnails - rough sketch - final sketch - etc.)⛤ I will let you know about delays as soon as I am able to⛤ Client will let me know about changes to the timeline as soon as they're able to⛤ The client not responding to these checkpoints in a timely manner or shortening the deadline may invoke a fee if it results in me having to rush to meet the deadlinePayment⛤ Prices listed on my commission sheets are meant for individual clients / small businesses only and do not include commercial rights by default unless stated otherwise⛤ I am to be paid in Euro⛤ Payment is usually divided into two invoices:-- Deposit: 50 % of original quote, due upon me accepting and informing you I am ready to begin-- Final: 50 % of the original quote + additional fees that might have come up (more revisions than included, sudden shorter deadline, etc.)⛤ Alternatively you can choose to pay full up front and any fees that came up afterwards⛤ DO NOT just send the payment if you order through DMs, E-Mail, or the form. Wait for further instruction or an invoice!⛤ I won't begin to work until the deposit is received, exception for if you want to see a rough sketch first⛤ Longer projects may use multiple payment checkpoints that have to be paid off for me to continue the work, these will be discussed upfront⛤ You DO NOT have to pay while you are on the waitlist, only when I am ready to begin⛤ Should I raise prices after your commission has been waitlisted the quote WILL NOT changeRevisions⛤ Depending on the type of work there will be different amounts of revisions, usually two per checkpoint⛤ Any revisions more than outlined before will cost you my hourly rate if the revision would take more than 1 hour to complete⛤ Revising something previously agreed upon will cost my hourly rate to fix if we're already in the next phase (for example: major changes to the pose after the sketch has been approved and I moved on to the lineart)⛤ Me misunderstanding or missing a detail on the provided reference material does not count as a revision (e.g. missed a piercing, a marking, etc.)Cancellation⛤ If client cancels after work has begun, the deposit + passed checkpoint payments are non-refundable unless I broke the agreement⛤ If I cancel the deposit + passed checkpoint payments are refunded in full, unless the cancellation was caused by the client: ghosting, hostility, making me uncomfortable. I have to, and will, clearly warn you before I can cancel this way⛤ If client cancels after or close to final delivery, the discussed price and any additional fees remain due
